This cafeteria-style restaurant is worth the trip for home-cooked Southern food. The short ribs of beef are tender, the fried chicken crispy and juicy. It's definitely not a four star but the food is MAAAAAD good. Their breakfast sandwiches are ridiculously yummy. It's nice and toasty in there always, so you cant really help sitting down to eat.If you're the type of person who worries a lot about the "atmosphere" and the decorum in the restaurant and you want your servers to be all happy go lucky then stay away. If it's not that serious and you just want to know where to get REALLY good food, hit up brothers. Especially for breakfast.

Only open from Thursday-Saturdays until midnight, once you try the food, you will know why they choose to be open only for a short period of the week. One of the best places in Boston for southern BBQ, they specialize in great brisket and a perfectly tangy sauce for their rubs. Brisket is usually available on Saturdays so take that in mind when you stop by. Once you try their ribs there won't be another place that you'll be satisfied with.
